Ad: Casual Barista / Front of House

We’re on the lookout for a kind, confident barista / front-of-house superstar to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about community, fresh food, and creating positive, welcoming experiences for every customer.

Based in beautiful Ocean Shores in the Northern Rivers, our store is dedicated to bringing organic, sustainable goodness to our local community — with a focus on love, family, and connection in everything we do.

Daily duties can include (but not limited to):

• Making consistently excellent coffee, including latte art (Lamarzocco experience a bonus)

• Preparing and serving drinks and food with care

• Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere for customers

• Assisting with fresh produce displays and keeping the store clean and inviting

• Operating the cash register and processing sales

• Unpacking deliveries and stocking shelves

• Supporting team members and maintaining our “good vibes” culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years barista experience with strong coffee skills

• Confident front-of-house all-rounder

• Comfortable working weekends

• Experience with fresh produce a plus

• High standard of customer service

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and genuine love for community and organic food
