    • 1 Head of Broccoli (approx. 250g)

    • 400g Tomatoes

    • 120g Salad Mix 

    • 1 bunch of Kale, Silverbeet, or Asian Greens

    • 250g Cauliflower

    • 2 Zucchinis

    • 500g Onion

    • 1 Head of garlic

    • 2 Cucumbers (approx. 320g)

    • 300g Beetroot

    • 3 Avocados

    • 3 Navel Oranges

    • 6 Apples

    • 1kg Banana

    • 3 Pears

    • 1 Lemon or lime (approx. 150g)

  • Please limit swaps to 3 items.
    Available swap options include any items in the small box, as well as baby spinach, beetroot, onion, celery, and pears, depending on availability. Please provide a few alternatives in case we run low on your first choice in the notes field upon checkout.

    • Place orders by Sunday at 5 pm for Tuesday delivery or pick up.

    • Place orders by Tuesday at 5 pm for Thursday delivery or pick up.
